Hey. I’m new and I don’t know my way around yet. I’d love to talk to someone. Over the last few weeks of the summer I lost 35 pounds(184-149) and I’ve been struggling ever sonce to get to my goal of 130. I run cross country. I usually eat a cheese stick for every meal (makes your bodgo Into ketosis) and water. I keep binging and my weight keeps going up. I just had a huge binge and the scale said 159. It usually goes back down to 149 in a week with the help ofEpsom salts. I need to do a detox for a week, followed by a water fast for a week to get to 130 I think. Any tips or advice for detoxing and fasting?? I’m starting right after I take some Epsom salts.

  1. I suggest you read the rules in the General Discussion regarding the rules of the site.
    We do not give tips on fasting etc as it is NOT healthy and we don’t encourage unhealthy ED behaviours.
