Hey. I’m new and I don’t know my way around yet. I’d love to talk to someone. Over the last few weeks of the summer I lost 35 pounds(184-149) and I’ve been struggling ever sonce to get to my goal of 130. I run cross country. I usually eat a cheese stick for every meal (makes your bodgo Into ketosis) and water. I keep binging and my weight keeps going up. I just had a huge binge and the scale said 159. It usually goes back down to 149 in a week with the help ofEpsom salts. I need to do a detox for a week, followed by a water fast for a week to get to 130 I think. Any tips or advice for detoxing and fasting?? I’m starting right after I take some Epsom salts.
