3rd day of fasting gone well!

So, today has gone really well! I weighed myself this morning and when I got in from school, and I was about 2lbs lighter than I was on Monday :) I made my own meal tonight aswell, and I plan to do so again tomorrow, so I can count what's going into it. I had a baked potato (208cals) 30g of cheese (124cals) and half a can of beans (164cals) so in total today I've had 496 calories. I haven't drank alot of water, so I'll try and drink some more as the day goes on.. but otherwise, I'm doing well. Hope everyones okay :)

Personally, I think it would last longer (and you would rev up your metabolism/not go into starvation mode) if you spread those calories into smaller snacks throughout the day.. Especially at breakfast. You eat something earlier, and your body gets a chance to use it throughout the day.

I am not saying to increase the amount of cals, but I with that amount of cals you could eat a lot more.. I make a decent sized salad for under 100 cals, and fruits have very little cals (except bananas, mangos and avocados). It could give you substanance and make you feel full longer.

Ugh tomorrow is my first day. I know it's going to be the worst): Ugh i just got to get through it tho. I've only got thirty days... Well wish me luck! & btw congrats!(:
