Help!

I'm new to this site and i really need help, i've tried loads of diets in the past but just can't seem to stick to them and i give in, i always feel terrible and weak afterwards. So can anyone give me tips to get the weight off, what should i eat and what exercises are best? i don't wanna be fat anymore because i'm about 83kg (eww, gross i know) and i wanna be 55kg as soon as possible. i'm so desperate!!! xxx

Try cutting out the bad foods, eating lots of fruits and veggies....and don't forget the cardio workouts (running, biking, etc)!
My mom and friend both used weight watchers and lost 100 lbs (mom) and 80 lbs (friend). I think its a great place to start cause they teach you how to evaluate your food based on calories, fat and fibre.
If you mess up once don't give up cause you can always do better then next day
I find visiting this site helps me not binge cause I always think about how good it will feel to share with everyone that I've reached my goal

oh I also recommend not weighing yourself everyday cause weight fluctuates too much in a day!

Find yourself a buddy to compare notes with and encourage each other. Eat healthy foods tell yourself they are good for you even if you dont like them. build up your excersise and remember if you put garbage in u get garbage out.

Eat healthy, and exercise. Seriously, exercise will be your new best friend along with low-fat foods.

try exercising when u wake up before breakfast -just say you are trying to get fit to anyone who asks and then just have a bit of fruit in the morn. cutting your food down is easier when your busy so just try and get out as much as you can. plus these sites are full of useful tips and supporting people. dont give up! everyone can be skinny. good luck!

thanx everyone for the advice, i'm gonna go on a liquid fast for a few days with maybe a few veggies, i'll let youe know how i'm doing soon. xx
