Hola, ladies! I would like some advice, if you don't mind ![]()
I do okay with temptation at school because there's not much food available to me except for lunch, but it's when I get home that really kills me.
I tend to binge and eat a ton of fatty foods I otherwise wouldn't eat in such large amounts.
I was wondering if any one had any tips on how to aviod eating my face off when I get home ![]()
I've heard about chewing gum, but I don't have easy access to buying gum on a regular basis. Are there any other ways?
