Everyday i tell myself that" starting from tomorrow i will stop overeating and go on a diet", but then the temptations around me just makes me lose self control. Therefore i start to eat and eat even more, yet after feeling so guilty ; said the same thing to my self again" starting from tmr i will stop overeating and go on a diet" it is like a CYCLE. again and again~
I go to proana websites , so i know a lot of weight loss tips and tricks but it seems like i dont have any selfcontrol to follow those tips and tricks. i need something to get me motivated ~~~
WHAT I ATE TODAY :
Breakfast: Hot Dog (130)
Snacks : M&M chocolates; a small piece of banana chocolate cake; a bite of an oatmeal cookie; 3 Hershey Kisses; a trident Gum; rice kripys;
Lunch: yougurt parfait; cheerios; crackers(50)0; spongecake;strawberries with honey; boil egg(70); sliced beef; marinated tofu;
Dinner: Low Fat Noodle thing(36) with soysauce, More Strawberries with honey , more honey nut cheerios.
That ends my Meal~~ =[[

Dam girl, the unfortunate thing is your the only one who can help yourself... Try not o be around food, and when you feel hungry go pinch your body in the mirror, Watch hours of thinspo all you have to do is eat as little as you can till your skinny then after that you have your HOLE LIFE TO EAT... wouldnt you rather be happy and eat? rather than feel guilty bout it? message me if you want, good luck girl!

Can you please stop going around and giving people such harmful advice? And FYI, you can't just pick up and eat whatever you want or even normally once you reach your GW. Life isn't that simple.

Im telling people how to loose weight... its called motivation and support. stop following me around and bitching about my comments thanks, this is a public website im free to post whatever i feel is neciassary.

If I eat food with a lot of sugar in it, I completely lose control. Try to eliminate all the chocolate and honey and see if that helps
