Seriously??

I'm really getting irritated right now. I eat less then 200 calories a day and I have to deal with people telling me its bad every damn day. Then I get on this site (which is my life and I don't know what I'd do without it) to get emotional support, understanding and no judgement. But then I tell you that I eat less then 200 and you're doing the exact same thing to me. You tell me its 'bad' Okay since when is an EATING DISORDER good?! I don't want to eat that little but I can't help it, I feel like dying and cutting myself if I eat anything. I'm forcing myself to eat 200 calories so that I don't starve. I understand you're trying to be helpful and make sure I don't get sick but I really thought that SOMEONE on here would actually understand. Guess not. I'm just a piece of shit either way.

No, you're not. People tell you that because they care. They just don't know how to help. Neither do I. I have never had an ED & have NO IDEA what you're going through, but I know what the kind of anxiety you described is like. My anxiety isn't caused by food, but what I do is listen to my favourite music when I feel like that. Perhaps you could come up with some kind of reward if you eat a proper meal & keep it down? Something you REALLY enjoy doing/want? For me, it would be to buy something. Like, I'd allow myself to buy something worth $10 for every meal, or something like that. It would make me want to eat 'cause I LOVE shopping, & I'd start feeling good about eating 'cause I'd know that eating a meal would get me a new shirt, & 3 meals would get me a new pair of jeans, etc. Would that possibly help you? Just an idea. I don't even know if you want to change this or anything, but I just wanted to try to at least give you an idea to at least distract you for a moment.
