Maybe try some grapes or a bit of ananas right before gym... and green tea! And always be sure to be hydrated very well BEFORE even starting. I recommend drinking at least 500ml of water within half to one hour before training. And take your vitamins and minerals. If you feel faint often you might also need a potassium supplement.

yeah def make sure you're well hydrated, half the problem with thinking we feel hungry/weak is actually that we're thirsty and dehydrated. yoghurt? jelly? x

You could try dextrose tablets? they have 12 calories per tablet and really give you energy! they have them in loads of flavours at most chemists, when i used to do a lot of sport when i was younger i would always take one.. totally safe, well, my mum used to give me them so.. yeah! :) haha x

Sugar Free redbull has 10 calories. Score. As far as good goes, Luna Bars (they're american) have 180 calories, you're full FOREVER and they give you a nice boost, they are basically a protein bar.

egg whites (18 cals per egg white) or egg substitute / egg beaters (30 cals per serving) gives you protein. protein = energy. also, caffeine helps, too!

stay safe and stay strong, angel.
