For me it depends really. Usually i'm light-headed from not eating a lot, so if you're like that then lying on your back and cycling would be a suggestion, sit ups etc. If you have a lot of energy, i would suggest running and very, very fast starjumps.. sounds not a lot but it wears me out pretty quickly :) Just my suggestion though, i'm sure othes have better ideas haha x

spinning! I love that. It doesn't only work on spinning bikes at the gym. I tried to use the same programm at home that the coach teached me at the gym at home on my crosstrainer and other stuff. It really works. But classical spinning is the best for me.
At home u can also try; circle training. U can have your own programm but I do this: 50 sit ups, 30 push ups, 10 minutes slow jogging, 10 minutes fast jogging, minute break - to drink some water , get breath when needed- . Again push and sit ups. then 40 knee bends. 10 minutes skipping rope, 10 minutes slow jogging.
Sometimes I repeat the steps more often. But this is an example, just what I do. The important thing about it is that u repeat it and don't stop. When u listen to good music it is really fun!
Good luck

Tae-Bo. Its awesome and it burns 800 calories an hour. I lost 15 pounds in a month with it. I used the 10-year old tapes but I think there are newer ones. You can find them in most stores...

Put on some music and dance. Use your whole body it takes your mind of what you are doing pretty sure you wont even notice the hours go by. Follow with a cold shower... it will help you burn a few more calories and drink your water with ice:)

Get out on a track and sprint the straight-a-ways and jog the corners really slow. It works your metabolism and keeps your body from getting "used" to what you're doing. Swimming after is really great b/c it's relaxaing and burns cals

fat only burns once the carbs in your liver have been used up. this usually happens 30 to 40 minutes after exercise begins. to burn fat, you need to keep a steady heart rate (that is elevated), not just ups-and-downs (which burns sugars in your blood and liver).

cardio is great for this. jump roping burns 10 cals per minute, for the average person. stretching before and after, along with yoga, helps and adds exercise without a lot of effort. strengthening muscle also forces fat to deplete, too!

caffeine helps boost metabolism while exercising.

(i love my bio class! i learned all of this in that class. :) )

good luck!

stay safe and stay strong.

Cardio: Treadmil on level 5 incline. Walk at 3.5 mph for three minutes. Then run at 6.5 for two minutes. Do this for 30 minutes. This teaches your body to work hard on the run, then catch up on the slow part. This means that your body is training to remember the rhythm and work to keep the metabolism to remember as well. Your metabolism will be higher throughout the day. Also, for the next 30 minutes on the treadmil, either jog at a low incline or walk at 3.5 at the highest incline of 15. You'll probably burn 500-600 calories within 1 hour! It's not easy, but you'll be glad when you're done!
