A Diet Plan I came up with to lose alot of weight quick. I DO NOT suggest this to some one who is not looking to lose 20lbs. or more it's most likey dangerous for you then. I've done this diet before and worked great and I'm doing it again since I fell off the wagon.
First Three Days: Relax and eat nothing. Focus on staying strong the first three days are the hardest. After the third day your body should switch from trying to survive off your liver and onto eating your body fat which is the goal. Also after the third day the hunger pains don’t hurt as bad. During this time find anything to distract you.
First Week (including the first three days): Still Don’t Eat Anything but go along your daily routine. Try and stay active but don’t work out your not consuming any protein for your muscles to heal after a workout. Anyways you don’t want to lose muscle tone just fat. Again find new hobbies it’s easy to be pulled off track through this long of a fast. I suggest stay away from any kind of food, sight and smell if possible, you’ll be surprised by how sensitive your sense of smell is by the middle of the week.
Second Week: Okay time to switch things up again. Start taking multi-vitamins, minerals, fiber and fatty acids (fatty acids aren’t fat but are what keep your hair, nails, and skin nice). Also I suggest taking B complex they natural help improve your mood and energy levels. You need to start doing this so your getting your nutrients the most low calorie way possible otherwise your body might start consuming more than fat. The most important part is that you take your supplements with a drink other then water, if you take them with water you won’t absorb them. Now here may come the hard part, exercise. Only do cardio like 30mins of walking. Don’t push yourself to hard your already in the negative for calories. This will cause the fat to start melting off. By the end of the week you shouldn’t have hunger pains anymore plus just think how small your stomach shrunk to.
Third Week: Now it’s time to start eating again but not too much or too fast. It’s been awhile since you’ve had food so stick to soups, veggies and juices nothing to harsh on your tumtum and keep it vegan. You don’t want to eat any kind of fat since your body will be trying to put fat back on you at this point (it’s your body’s natural reaction after fasting). Still keep taking your supplements (I actually suggest doing this all the time it’s just good for you :D). Slowly everyday bump your calorie intake up a little. It is also time to bump up your exercising. Start doing an hour of cardio and bring in some calisthenics (things like push-up, sit-ups, etc.).
Fourth Week: You can start bringing things into your diet other than just veggies and fruit. But try and keep it vegetarian meaning milk, eggs, and seafood are ok. Also start eating 5 small meals a day and make sure you don’t eat after 8pm. Again bump up your exercising to what would be your daily routine. There are many website where you can track your calories burned (this is a great website http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc ) and checking your BMR is a good idea to see how many calories you burn by just being alive lol.
Rest of Your Life (LOL): You can now eat any meat you want but remember the average twenty-something female only need 26-40 grams of protien a day. Start a food and exercise journal and keep track. The most important thing to get out of this is to keep everything balanced you want to burn almost all the calories you take in to stay at your goal weight. Just a suggestion I personally have problems w/ binge eating so allowing yourself to eat disgustingly bad for you food once a month won’t kill you and may help from falling back into bad habits. By now if you haven’t lost all the weight stay on a restricted calorie diet until then.
TIPS: When you’re dying of hunger try drinking a tall glass of hot water it’ll make you feel full. If hunger pains are hurting a lot take some tums it’ll settle done the acid building up in there. Also have some sleeping medicine around it can be hard to sleep while fasting.
I'm open to suggestions and feedback. Good Luck
