Hey! i believe in you! if yur just beggining or strting again after a while..instead of fasting completely all at once...just eat less than what you usually do..for example say tht you eat about 3000 calories ..cut it dwn to 2500 calories..for about a week..then drop dwn another 500 calories the next week..tht way your body gets used to it...and your stomach actually shrinks...well not literally..ur tummy gets used to smaller amounts so you wont be hungry ..and will get full on less amounts of food...but dnt stop eating all at once...cuz at the end of the day...you might jus end up piggin out and gaining even more weight than usual...lol happen to me well hope my advice helped
