A New Way to Excersise!! Add Video

I find exercising to be the hardest thing for me to do. Not only because I have a busy life-style, but I'm just plain lazy!! So, I decided to ditch the running shoes and try and do something that burns calories and makes me forget I'm exercising. It's fun, try it!!

Thanks for all the support everyone. As for the negativity, I may have been fat when I shot the video, but I also went and lost 30 more lbs too and the dancing is something that helped. My purpose was to share a creative way to burn calories, other than doing the "same old same old"

love it and all but clearly it does not work... look at her body...:/
Granted she is not "skinny" but if she is fat then 90% of americans are obese or overweight, including the negative people. Negative people are just jealous... :)
I might have to try this. Looks fun!
