lunch- half of a tuna wrap. chocolate almonds, and a croissant and purge
dinner- the other half of the tuna wrap and some nutella

I woke up too late to have breakfast on my own, so I had to have what my mom made: scrambled eggs with broccoli and buttered whole grain toast, half a glass of tomato juice.
also had a mug of jasmine tea
lunch: half an ear roasted corn, some grapes and strawberries, some raw chopped veggie sticks (carrot, zuchinni, broccoli). diet green sweet tea.
snack: banana, cup of black tea
dinner: roasted kale, boiled corn, cup of white cucumber tea (just now realizing the absurd amount of tea I drank today).
would have been 700 but I had a small chocolate cupcake, some popcorn and a diet coke at a friend’s birthday party, so total was 1000. Burned 300 running, so ok all in all. 2 DAYS BINGE FREE

Breakfast: 3oz lite silken tofu, 1tbs isolated soy protein powder, 1/4c unsweetened almond milk, 1.75tsp flax seeds, cinnamon, stivia. Blended up into my version of yogurt.
Snack: 1/2c unsweetened almond milk in coffee
1 mini chocolate, 1 lg stalk celery, 3 pieces of sf gum.
Lunch: 1/2 boca burger
Snacks/binge: 3tbs soy creamer, 1tsp almond butter, 2 pistachios, 1 prune, 3 raisins.
Dinner: 82gm firm tofu, 1c bok choy, 1tsp vegan butter, med stalk celery, 1/4c kohlrabi, 3 radishes, 1.5c spinach, 2 tbs unsweetened almond milk(in coffee)
4 liters sf coolaide made w/ stivia & vitamins lol

2 cups of espresso
Salad made with 1 cucumber, 5-6 cherry tomatoes and half green pepper with mustard
1 spoonful of apple tart

For Boots,you aren’t tempted/weakening,you NEED some more to eat,and tuna’s great ,all protein to maintain your brain.muscle[burns more calories at rest than fat] and heart-you need those to think your lovely thoughts and live,lungs too, so hang in there and WAIT to get past any uncomfortable feelings,and eat your witty bitty can of tuna and more!!Teen girls[I don’t know how old you are,but you look young,are supposed to get 2000 plus to grow bones,etc.Please don’t diet until you hurt yourself,you can still use your discipline and strength to exercise Olympically–I did! I’ve belly danced and Victoria Secreted myself an hour and a half fun workout and mysteriously BROKE MY KNEE!!I’m icing it—so much for advice,I don’t know WHAT I’ve done to it.September 8, 2012 at 1:53 PM #28657
