PrettyThin

The dress is meant to make you look thinner. You're going to want to get it tight, right? Who buys a baggy dress.  Now you no longer need to lose the weight - your clothes will help you look like you did! The fashion industry wants you to know that thin is in! It's not about being thin - just looking it.No need to accentuate those curves. You can now make them disappear!

Who's wearing these dresses? Gloria Estefan, Kate Winslet, And even Special K herself. Kate liked it so much she got it in red and in white!

We're about to have some heated discussions: what is PrettyThin? What should PrettyThin be? Everyone can have a say, and everyone should. If you're using this site, it is serving a purpose for you. You came here for a reason, you expected one thing, you may have found it or found something else, and you may have left happy or disappointed. That can change, if you want to be a part of it. And no, it's not going to be the case for all of you - hopefully it will be for most of you.

There are a few parts to this discussion, and you can get involved in as many ways as you like. For those who want to get involved in the discussion using the Facebook comments but don't want it to appear on their facebook profiles, it's easy an easy problem to solve: create another facebook account for this purpose. The reason I'm using FB is that it's a cleaner interface than the one in the forums, and because there are less errors - those Hmmm...something strange just happened. So, use your real one or create another one and go from there.

There are going to be these kinds of discussions over the next month about everything starting with today's question: What is PrettyThin? Other questions will impact decisions around what people can post in the forums to what kinds of pictures are allowed.

So, what is PrettyThin to you? What should it be?
